If rrequested, all tests can be run in cooperation and under supervision of the SGS TüV GmbH, who generally inspect and accept products.

Since we regularly carry out bursting and load change tests of our own plants, it is possible to investigate performance parameters and regulatory limits of your products during the prototype phase under safe conditions.

A bursting test is a component orientated, bursting test to determine the bursting pressure of tubular parts. Load change tests are useful to investigate the possible deformation and sag of parts as well as the tightness of clipped connections.

Our service spectrum covers bursting tests of gas tanks, valves and pressure vessels up to 2500 bar (water test) or 350 bar (air test).

Maximator Gas Solutions even runs load change tests upto 100 bar (water test) or 350 bar (air test). All components can be swapped for a temperature span of -20° C to 250 ° C.
