GMP and HFL Series Maximator Gas Solutions filling panels for difficult operating conditions
The panels by Maximator Gas Solutions are a good complement to usual high pressure compressors or filling systems. The panels can be operated independently from the positions of the compressor, which makes it even safer and the process can be economically optimized. The FJL filling panels by Maximator Gas Solutions have self-venting toggle valves. Therefore they can be used ideally for professional filling. The panels can be used for a pressure up to 350 bar. The piping is made of stainless steel. Since they can be completed in various ways, the panels are indispensable for every filling system. The panles can be integrated in every possible filling system. So filling and mixing gases can be easy and safe for everyone.
Maximator Gas Solutions panels - flexible number of connections
Maximator Gas Solutions systems can also be added by a separate panel, so it can even be used in a separate room. They are made of a special pressure-resistent and robust material, so they can be used under various climate conditions.
A different number of filling valves can be chosen for the panel: two, four or six, but the air power of the compressor should be regarded as well. The panels by Maximator Gas Solutions that can be used for mixing gases (GMP) are all 100 per cent compatible for oxygen-use, so nitrox or trimix are usual products.
The panels can be used up to 300 bar. All gas entrances have back pressure valves at their disposal. The pipes can be cleaned with the help of a separate gas load relief before using another gas.
The filling of breathing air tanks can be regulated by a fine-tuned needle valve.

Steel that is powder-coated in RAL 7035 (light grey) or 9010 (pure white), self-venting toggle valves for industrial use, pipes (Inox 1.4571), stainless steel manometer from 0 to 400 bar.
